With more than 10 years in community service Ebtessama has a rich history of serving less advantaged segments in Egypt. Focused on serving the disabled community through sustainable development and integration coupled with awareness raising and community development Ebtessama has developed a solid and accredited methodology for integrating and empowering young adults with disabilities throughout Egypt. The foundation developed Majidah, the first digital platform to connect, communicate and match talent to enhance the training and employment services for people with disabilities and enable them to connect with resources, opportunities, trainings, rehabilitation and employment. Another Ebtessama accomplishment is The Right to A Dignified Life program, which delivers life coaching, career training, job matching, employment and overall awareness and integration for Young Adults with Disabilities (YAD).
