Dr. Rima Balshe is a cognitive psychologist with a PhD from University College London (UCL). She specializes in psychological assessment, memory, attention, language, and learning, and has assessed hundreds of children using a strength-based approach to supporting neurodiverse learners.

She is currently an Assistant Professor at Coventry University (Cairo) and maintains an active research agenda with collaborators at UCL, publishing in leading educational psychology journals.
